Return Policy
Incorrect or defective units
will be replaced or refunded.
Returns for any other reasons will be charged a 10-20% restocking
fee (because the manufacturers charge us those fees).

We DO NOT accept returns
other than defective merchandise after product is used.

Credit WILL NOT be issued
for damaged or used products. No exceptions.

The returned item, along with the original
box and packing materials, must be in resellable condition.

Returns must be properly packaged and insured,
just as you received it.

Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

The buyer
is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Credit will be issued after inspection of
the product and the return requirements stated above are
met.
Any shipping discrepancy must
be reported within 7 days from receipts of goods and
the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. No
exceptions.

obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.
Attention: Returns
sent back without a return authorization number are subject
to 30% restocking fees. Please DO
NOT return any items to
us directly.
