This house is same as the insulated outdoor pet house but offers two extra features – platform and raised foundation. The house has a real glass picture window shutters. The inside layout is uniquely engineered and designed for one to five cats. The offset door protects the interior from wind and elements.

The platform raises the pet house 12 inches off the ground to provide an extra area (10 sq. feet) underneath the house that is shaded and out of the weather for food and water storage or just a cool place to lay around.

The platform has two upper decks. The front deck is 7.5" x 44" and the rear deck is 5.5" x 44". So no matter what time of the day it is, there will be shade on one deck or the other! The legs are heavy pressure treated 3x3's that will be more stable in high winds and have less tendency to warp and twist.

The platform comes assembled. Simply insert the legs in each corner, install the screws in the pre-drilled holes and set the pet house in the Platform pocket ... Done!

Optional Features

Depending on the pad size, the electricity needed to operate the pad is the same as one light bulb (15 to 80 watts). We recommend that the heated pet pads to be no more than half the floor size of the house so that the pet can either get off completely or partially as he chooses. The internal thermostat keeps the temperature at a desireable 102 degrees when in use. The Hard Pad is constructed of rugged ABS Plastic with a 5 1/2 steel wrapped cord and it comes with a removeable washable fleece cover.

When you purchase a heated pad with the house, we will prepare the house for the electric cord with a bug and moisture resistant hole plug at no charge.

        Seal Safe Door

Any pet house is only as good as its door. No matter what siding, roofing, insulation or flooring materials are utilized, the doorway has to protect the inside of the house from the outside elements.

The flap is a thermal plastic polyester scrim fabric with a poly carbonate clear window for light and a poly carbonate chew guard on the bottom.

The sealing system are magnets calibrated for the size of the door. There are no springs or pins that can break and no nylon pile weather stripping that can be chewed by your pet or worn down.

Our House heater is a safe and effective way to heat the living area of this house. It features a 150 watt, 100 volt heating element that has an incredibly long life and is easily replaceable. The house heater comes with a chew proof cord and a thermometer that mounts to the outside of the house making it easy to monitor the interior temperature of the living area of the pet house.
