The "Majestic and versatile large cat tree furniture" arrived in fine shape and, thanks to your excellent picture instructions, I've assembled it. It is magnificent!!! Lucky immediately climbed to the pinnacle and stepped from there onto the top of our curio cabinet. Leo, our most chunky Maine Coon, has laid claim to the lower condo. Lincoln, his brother, is happy with the middle condo. And Lacy, our mini chinchilla cat, is still surveying the entire new edifice from the safety of the kitchen. It's a wonderful piece of furniture! I bought the Large Cat Tree Furniture with Cat Condos to provide my two cats with lots of clawing surfaces and places to relax. The product arrived on time and in excellent condition. As soon as I took the first item out of the box both of my cats were all over it. Of course, they helped me put the entire structure together. The structure was very easy to put together and it came with fantastic instructions. However, one of my platforms was missing a hole that was needed to mount the third perch. Definitely not a big deal. I just drilled a hole and attached the perch. My cats use to do their nails on my couch everyday and it got to the point where the back of the couch had no more material. So I bought a couch cover and that started to go too. Now they dont even touch the couch thanks to all of those scratching posts. We did receive our cat gym as scheduled on Tuesday, September 13. It was fairly easy to put together considering how big it was (less than an hour I think). Our 5-month old cats absolutely love it! They had been in a cage for 7 weeks and didn't have jumping muscles developed. This definitely did the trick. In a week they now scale and jump the gym with ease. Great scratching posts that keep them from scratching our furniture. It also seems very sturdy and well built. We had been looking at the various options found in pet stores that were not as deluxe and nearly twice the price. An excellent product. We're very happy with it.

Finally getting back to you about the cat gym. I am very happy with it! I wish all assembly instructions were so clear and simple to follow. I only got it half put together before one of the cats started climbing on it. I have four cats. Two of them love to climb and two are happier near ground level. One or other of the two climbers always seem to be playing or sleeping at the top. The two ground huggers love to sleep in the lower house. Everyone loves to scratch on the posts (maybe I can actually think about getting new living room furniture now). Your service and product are wonderful. I received the Cat Gym yesterday and immediately put it together which was so easy. I was shocked to see how nice it was and how huge. I sure did get my money's worth and more importantly my cats love the cat gym. I was so surprised to see them use it immediately. Being indoor cats, the older cat, Billie, is somewhat timid, but she got right up on it. She is overweight, so she preferred to just claim her space and lay there. My younger cat, Baby, went right on up to the top and began playing with the toys that came with it. She investigated every corner except, of course, where Billie was laying. I am sorry to say that Baby, who sleeps between me and my husband everynight, removed herself from our bed last night, as she preferred to sleep in the house on the cat gym. Although, we were sad to see her go, I think we will adjust to being able to once again stretch our legs and roll from side to side in our own bed. Thank you for the Cat Gym. My Unique Cat Tree arrived safe and sound yesterday. My cats love it. My 6 month old kitten tried to help us put it together (he thought he was a great help). He didn't even wait until all the screws were in. He was sitting on the platforms while we were attaching the cave and platforms to the base. He tested out the sisal as soon as I started unpacking the pieces from the box. Although I bought the tree for all of my cats, he thinks I bought it just for him. He also thought that the little paw prints make a great place to sharpen your claws. Even my 18 year old cat climbed up into the cave to investigate. The cat tree is just so wonderful. I'm so happy with it. It beats the models I see at the large chain stores hands down. I picked this tree because I needed something that would satisfy my insanely active 6 month old kitten, have platforms and sleeping spots big enough for my 17 pound male cat and be climbable by my tiny 18 year old declawed female. Most of the trees on the market have small platforms and caves, tip easily or require lots of effort to climb. This tree is truly unique and really is perfect for my whole crew. The quality is just fantastic and the directions were easy to follow. I am very, very pleased with my purchase.

Hi Kelly ~ we received our cat tree last evening (3/2/06). Before Jack (my husband) could get it all put together our feral kitten (6 months) was already climbing on the pieces and scratching her nails on the sisal rope. She had never done that before not even on any furniture so I was surprised to see her instinctly do it on the posts. She's such a perfect lady. It was easy to assemble, it took about 1/2 hour with my wife and I working together and it is very sturdy. Our 60 pound, 7 month old puppy has decided he likes chasing the cat up to the top. The product was very easy to put together and my cats love it. The only thing is that they ripped the hoops to hang the toys from. But that's alright. It seems to be solid and sturdy and again they love it and that's all that matters. Thank you for good service.

We got our order of a Cat Gym on Tuesday of this past week and we are impressed with the quality as well as the fast shipment. Our two cats, Sinatra and Dodger (See attached pic), just love it. They climb all over it and make a big fuss in general, though as most cat owners will tell you the box it came in has to go or they are seemingly more interested in it :) For the money we were really surprised at the material quality as well; for what we got you would expect to pay probably twice the asking price we paid, or more if it was a big name pet supply chain store. The best thing is that both of our cats are not small and the Cat Gym holds their size and weight just fine.

The cat condo arrived today and it was a snap to put together. Sturdy, well made, easy directions, BUT the test was would little kitty like it. I actually coxed her from her nap under the bed because I couldn't wait to see her reaction...I'm a bit insane when it comes to my kitten. At any rate after a sniff or two she immediately started scratching on the posts. I mean she just stretched and scratched and loved it. After a bit she was up on the first little perch and after I put the chair by the condo she was into the little house...You might even make a note on your web site that the condos can GROW with the cat. I'm thrilled and would give the product an A+. Much better than what you can buy at Pet's Mart or the other big pet stores and the price was LESS.... I'm sure we'll be getting another something for her to climb on to go in the study. She's a little Ragdoll kitten and we love her. Almost as sweet as the grandkids....

The cats LOVE their new tree! The cat that I thought would be too scared to climb it has claimed the very top perch for herself! They are on it all the time, playing their cat version of "king of the mountain". They even like the toy hanging down, and they aren't amused by much! And, of course, it's even more fun when a moth or spider happens to be on the ceiling. My son and husband put it together in about 7 minutes. The parts were all there, and the instructions were very easy to follow. This is my best purchase for a long time - since the heated cat bed (they are hairless)! They are just amazed by it.

I received the cat gym on Tuesday as expected. We couldn't get Jixer out of the box!! She started playing on it immediately. The little hut that's on it is now the first place we look for her. She plays pretty rough. There was a toy that was supposed to hang from one of the platforms. The first night we had it, she broke the metal attachment in half. Hi Kelly, I received the cat condo on the 10th, as you expected, and put it together right away. I have two 7-month-old kittens and they really enjoy it very much, although they haven't figured out how to get to the top yet. It's a little wobbly, so I'm not sure if that scares them. Just wanted to let you know that our cat tree or gym arrived. It was as easy as you said to put together and the cats love it. Honestly, I was a little worried because it was such a good price that maybe it wasn't sturdy, but it's very solid. We have it on carpet and it isn't wobbly at all.

We added two kittens to our house which already had two cats. We thought that we were getting this for our adult cats to climb and get away from the rambunctious kittens. Well the kittens took it over first thing. They love to run up and down it, scratch their claws on it and, of course nap on it

I apologize for taking so long in getting back to you. I received the cat perch last Friday. My cats love it. The big fat one can fit in the "house" on the bottom. The construction is great and covering is very nice and seems to be durable. Thank you for a great cat perch at a great price.

I received the perch on Friday. The tree looks great. My cats only looked at it on Friday and this morning both finally were using it. The carpet is very soft and thick which I like...My cats haven't discovered the sisal yet but I'm hoping they will soon. Thanks for your efforts and a fun product.

Dear Kelly,
The fabulous cat tower arrived exactly as noted. It is very well made and wasn't too much trouble to assemble, although the directions were a bit obscure. We never the less got it together in record time and the cats are taking their time deciding what they think about it. It shares space in our new home office and our older female cats are enamored with the computer, so it may take them awhile to get really excited with it. It is definitely everything you promised and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to kitty-loving friends...good job!

I received my cat tree today and it took me about an hour to put it together. My cats really wanted to help because they just couldn't wait to explore their new digs. All four of them love it already. They're quarreling over who gets to be on the top shelf. The tree itself seems really sturdy, even for my 18 pound big boy. Thanks so much! I feel I got the best product for the lowest price I could find. Most other places I looked at charged the same amount for much, much less bells and whistles. Hi Kelly,
I received my cat condo today from Fed-Ex. The driver brought it into my foyer with a dolly. I then unpacked it and put it together within a half hour. Very nice quality and I like the distiguishing two colors and the paw prints :) Rhoda has used the top two platforms so far for a little nap and played on it a bit. She normally likes be right where I am but, when I'm gone during the day I'm sure it will be put to lots of use.

The cat furniture arrived Tuesday night as expected. The cats were attracted to it (and to the box it came in) right away. Thanks for making the customized step heights and colors. It fits nicely alongside our counter, enabling our elderly cats to have easy access. It's also very cute.

I received the steps today. They are perfect - it only took about 5 seconds for Chelsea to figure out she doesn't need to cry for help getting on the bed now. Thanks sooooo much - now I'll be able to get a full night sleep since she can get on and off the bed to do her business in the night.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I received the Lotus Cat Tree today and it's awesome! I spent the morning assembling it- took about 1.5 hrs. The quality is very good and it looks great with my decor! Ice is just getting used to it, but I think it will be great.
