Diagonally braced 2x2 framing construction for superior structural integrity.
Western Cedar construction with Spruce Lumber framing. Western Red Cedar is considered to be the most durable of cedars. This is important because it does not rot away after several years, unlike white wood.
Removable roofs for easy cleaning. The total wood roof reduces the sun’s heat and maintains adequate heat retention.
Wolmanized, pressure-treated lumber for floor framing.
The cat house assebles with galvanized nails and screws, insuring that rust will not cause your pet’s house to deteriorate.
Seven pre-assembled panels predrilled with the necessary screws and instructions for easy assembly.
With a battery powered screw driver, complete assembly should take about 30 - 40 minutes.
This cedar cat house comes with pre-installed door. The removable vinyl door barrier keeps heat in and weather out in winter months. It can also be removed in the summer months to increase interior ventilation.
