Description
If you are so fond of your outside or feral cats and want to equip them with a safe living place, this elevated wooden double houses is just for you. They are sturdy made with solid cedar wood, and offer secure place where every outdoor kitty will feel like a prince or princess. It is perfectly suitable for various cat activities and serves as a perfect shelter from bad weather conditions outside. It is the same size as the two-story cat house for outdoor cats but is put on an elevated platform to keep felines away from predators. The platform can be a Standard size and Extra Wide. Both are 12" off the ground. With the Extra Wide platform, your pets will have one more deck and additional space on the first level for cats to get up to the second level. The houses in the picture are shown with the Extra Wide platform.

- Solid cedar boards are used for the building these durable cat houses. The boards are nailed and glued together. They are sanded to a smooth surface and left unfinished. Can be painted, sealed, or stained
- There are vinyl "T" steps sealed between the boards on the roof to make it watertight.
- Windows on each floor for a view of the outside world.
- All windows and doors come with vinyl flaps (vinyl door and window flaps are removed from the pictures to show the inside)
- Included are 20" x 4" traction grit strips for both decks. Easy to install, they will prevent slipping in wet weather.
- Both levels feature enough room for a standard heating pad or a bed
- Door thresholds are raised to keep beds or pads inside dry during rainy seasons
- The roof is held securely by a custom pin and hook system
- Lower level ships completely assembled, and the upper one needs some easy assembly. Just attach a bracket with 2 screws and a hook on the roof. No more assembly is needed
- Optional Insulation with protected cover. It is made of 1" thick rigid foam and the surfaces are covered with extra-strong polymer claw resistant and bug proof screening

Optional Features:
Hard/Heated Pad: Heated pad is the safest, most reliable and energy-efficient method to provide your pet with a warm, comfortable environment during the coldest of winters. It is 9" x 12" and only burns 25 watts of power. The internal thermostat keeps the temperature at a desirable 102 degrees when in use. When you purchase a heated pad with the house, we will prepare it for the electric cord.
