My cats love it. One of the pillars wouldn’t tighten up when I built the cat tower, but it’s holding up anyway. I’d suggest reading the instructions twice before building it. They’re kind of confusing and not very detailed. They sent a few extra pieces, including a couple of extra fuzzy balls. That was nice. It’s a big, sturdy tower.

The cat hammock is large enough that both cats can lay in it together. They love hiding in the house and batting at each other through the fabric walls. DO NOT TRY TO USE THE COLUMN COMING OUT OF THE ROOF OF THE HOUSE AS A GRAB POINT FOR MOVING THE TREE. It's not braced for it. I have several photos of our cats laying on the 2 platforms, batting at the balls. I am satisfied with the product and the cats like to watch "squirrelvision" outside of it!
