Incorrect or defective units will be replaced. For any other reasons, returns will be charged a 10-20% restocking fee (because the manufacturers charge us these fees).
- We DO NOT accept returns if the item has been used.
- Credit WILL NOT be issued for damaged or used products. No exceptions.
- The returned item, along with the original box and packing materials, must be in re-sellable condition.
- Returns must be properly packaged, just as they were when you received them.
- Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Credit will be issued once the products have been inspected and the return requirements stated above had been met.
Any defective or wrong item must be reported within 7 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
