Incorrect, defective, or damaged items will be replaced, but they must be reported within 7 days of receipt. For any other reasons, you may return an item purchased in 30 days:
- The returned item, along with the original box and packing materials, must be in re-sellable condition.
- Credit WILL NOT be issued for damaged or used products. No exceptions.
- Returns must be properly packaged, just as they were when you received them.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Credit will be issued once the products have been inspected and the return requirements stated above had been met.
Please complete the Return Merchandise Form to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.
Attention: Returns sent back without a return authorization number are subject to 30% restocking fees. Please DO NOT return any items to us directly.
