To say I'm surprised and pleased is an understatement! Before I could blink, the item was at my door. The quality, attractiveness, and price exceeded my expectations. For about 20 years I had a cat condo that became an absolute mess and was of poor quality to start with. Since three of my original four cats died, and two more recently joined us to be companions to the remaining cat, I figured it was time for something NEW and BETTER! Every 2-story condo I looked at was too short, and the 3-story ones, too high. Plus the quality was not good, or the price more than I wanted to pay. The dimensions of this are perfect. I have other cat furniture: a large tree, a few 1-story condos, a smaller 2-story one, cat-nappers, and any number of beds. But the one window needed this one. After taking it from the box, my older cat immediately explored it, and fell asleep inside the top portion. It was also great to have it shipped free (so quickly), on sale, and without tax. I didn't realize that the side with the dangling toy had a scratching surface. That's exactly what I needed there! They were used to scratching on a lower section of the old one.
