Hard Heating Pad for Outdoor Cats

This heating pad is designed to warm outdoor cats' normal body temperature when lying on it. It has four rounded edges to remove a chewing surface and a capped cord entrance, and the first 18” power cord with steel. The pad is thermostatically controlled to heat to 102° F, regardless of the size. Two internal thermostats will keep the pad's surface at 10-15° F above ambient air temperature when your pet is not on the pad. When your cat lies on the pad, it will warm to about 102° F. The pad is perfect for stray and feral cats and can be used with an outdoor cat house.
