April 2025. I am 74, female and put the condo together in a few minutes. I placed the condo in front of an upstairs window and one of my cats loves it to sleep on. I added another pillow on top for extra comfort. I was very pleased with how well made it is and I abhor having to buy products from China and other foreign countries. A made in USA search online landed me at CozyCat. The material did not have an obnoxious odor either. The condo was packaged well and I got it intact. I highly recommend this condo. I love the strap to attach to wall to keep the condo from falling over. I thought it was a great price and I have a large senior cat this will accommodate if he ever uses it. My skinny, younger cat claims it currently. This is the very first cat condo I have bought and I am very pleased. Will use CozyCat again and recommend them.

This is the perfect height for my cats to lay and look out the front window. The bed does have a cushion with it but I added a blanket to make it even more cushy. My one senior cat is close to 16 lbs and there is some room to spare.

The cat tree was easy to assemble. The fabric is very soft and most importantly, the bed at the top is big enough for our cat who is about 11 pounds. Most cat trees don't have a bed for an adult cat. Our cat likes to sleep in it and there is room for him to stretch out.

I think it would have enough room for a 13 or 14 pound cat but not much more.

The height of the cat tree is perfect for an adult cat who might be reluctant to climb a higher tree. The size is perfect for our living room which is not large.
