First let me say I several trees from CozyCat and have loved them all but this one. This very small and the first level is at an odd angle. The top level is basically flat. My cats don't like it. It would be ok for kittens but, again, the angles are odd.

The lower cradle was attached at such an upward angle it does not function as a cradle to lay on. The hole was not a large rectangle as shown in the product picture but a small hole. This works for a kitten but not a mature cat. I will keep it but am not very pleased with this purchase

I was looking for a small, sturdy cat tree/perch to place in front of a downstairs window. This one was perfect for us. It accommodates large cats while not being a dominating presence in the room. The carpet quality is superior; however, I would have preferred sisal covered supports.

This is a great condo for all cats, especially larger ones because they can snuggle comfortably in all three sections. Most importantly my cats, after inspection, started clawing the carpeted poles. One of my cats already naps on the top section and the other one is still considering it (took two years for him to snuggle in the old one), but again, they both claw it constantly! We love it!

The product arrived well on time as expected and fully assembled. Quality was about as expected, though a bit lighter brown than wanted, but ok. This is just a 30" piece and I expected my elder cat could go easily from one level to next and in to top cradle. Somehow she doesn't feel comfortable going from second level that is the tunnel up to top cradle. I'm disappointed this part isn't easier to climb and have had to put a chair to side of tree so she can jump on chair and then access top cradle. Wish I'd been aware of this difficulty but am making do.

I like the construction and nice carpet however the unit is outside until the formaldehyde gasses off. Then I will sprinkle baking soda on the carpeting and vacuum the cat tree.
