The only thing that WASN'T perfect about shopping with cozycatfurniture was that they had allowed a security certificate expire on their site which made me a little nervous when purchasing through them. Otherwise, their prices are good, the shipping was free, and I had my cat tree in something like 2 days. Very nice!

I received the tree on Tuesday as expected. We couldn't get Jixer out of the box!! She started playing on it immediately. The little hut that's on it is now the first place we look for her. She plays pretty rough. There was a toy that was supposed to hang from one of the platforms. The first night we had it, she broke the metal attachment in half. I think she has more fun with the toy when it's loose anyway. The customer service was great also!! I had a question about my shipment, and received an email the next day. Thanks a bunch!!
