This cat tree will support your cat, but we don't recommend it for so large cats because the small condo, basket and top beds are not large enough for 20 lbs cat.

I'm trying to figure out how the cats get from the platform below the large condo, to the condo itself? Is there a hole in the condo floor, or would the cat have to climb the pole to get to it? Trying to consider for when my cat gets older. Also, are your condos made of wood, particle board or cardboard? Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no hole in the condo floor, and the cat must climb the pole or jump from the top of the small condo or the basket. We do recommend this tower for active cats only. It is made with particle boards and strong cardboard poles wrapped with sisal rope.

Should have seen the cat keep peaking around, waiting for me to assemble. I wasn’t even finished, and she’s already climbing around, using the scratching posts. But I think she likes the hanging things to bat at the most.
Easy assembly. Seems pretty solid. The only minus, is the base could be a little bit bigger, for stability.

This cat condo is really big, and a great value. My cat really loves the napping basket hanging off the side.
My only complaint is a minor one; and may not effect everyone: My cat cannot figure out how to get to the higher levels on his own; specifically the level with the second condo/house. (One more small step piece between the 2 condo items would solve this I think)
I put another piece of cat friendly furniture nearby to help him get up there.

Overall, very satisfied!

Very happy with the quality of the materials used to construct. It is far better than the last two cat trees we purchased which usually lasted 1-2 years and had to be replaced as the fabric and hemp wore out. The only suggestion I would make is that the layout be modified slightly so that the cats can climb from top to bottom using the various platforms. Current layout makes it difficult to get to the top condo platform as the level platforms do not project out enough so that the cats can jump from one level to the next. They must scale the poles to climb to each level. The trees we have had to date allowed them to traverse either way.

The package arrived promptly and the tower was easily assembled. It looks pretty good too. The only issue now is that my cats are avoiding it like it is on fire; they are ferals and fairly skittish, it may take a few weeks for them to adapt to it.

The only thing one should think of is that the material is not carpet, but my cats are not big scratchers and this doesn’t matter at all. I am definitely buying one for my daughter-in-law.

We have 10 rescue cats and our old cat tree condo is falling apart. I looked to find one with the features our old one did, since the cats loved it. I am very happy with the condo. The cats took to it the minute I got it set up, with their help. The only issue I am having is we have a blind cat and since there is no ladder she is having a hard time figuring out how to climb up to her favorite basket. I will have to build a ladder for her I think.
If you have a cat with issues look at how they will get up in the condo, baskets, etc.
Quality is good very pleased. top baskets-beds are strong and cats love them.
