Received in the mail exactly a week after ordering, so not fast shipping but perfectly acceptable. The instructions are a single piece of paper with three illustrations plus the amount of materials sent. Just go ahead and organize everything into neat piles before you start as it will make the building process way easier and faster. We had only just begun building and our kitten was already in the box portion of the tree. By the time it was fully built he was climbing up the posts and playing with the dangling ball from the top. I’m so happy our boy loves it as he’s incredibly energetic and always looking to climb into or onto things in the house. This is absolutely perfect to satisfy his feline nature.

Easy to assemble and great customer service - I'm probably going to anchor it to the wall just to be safe. Giving it 4 stars because a piece broke during assembly, but it might have been because I just tried tightening a post to hard - either way, customer service overnighted me a new piece, so it's all good. Also giving 4 stars because, first, I haven't gotten my cat yet so I don't know if she'll use it, and second, because while it is heavy and sturdy, it does look like I need to take a trip to a hardware store to anchor it and get some non-slip rubber pads for it.

This large cat tree is wonderful our cat loves it. It’s ideal for cats who love climbing and hiding. I hang a string on it and she cannot stop playing with it. I love the appearance of the item and it’s worth the money definitely. The only thing is that it would be better if the ladder was easier to climb. There is not enough space in front of the ladder to make it perfect. But nevertheless it is still the best cat tree I have ever seen on the market. All my friends say it is outstanding and I agree with them. I am aware that I pamper my kitty too much but when I see how happy she is I am happy too. I recommend this product to any and all who wish their cats be happy.

Received the cat tower on time. I am 70 years old lady but had no problems with the assembly using the picture from the site. Parts are marked with A, B, ets and you should just be sure all parts are on the right place. The top perches might be tight for large cats or too high for elderly cats, but they attract my scratchers like a magnet. The wood and the fur of the tower are of great quality and all our cats love it.
