We purchased the Triangle Cat Scratcher to replace a sadly worn triangle that our cats had loved for years. The new triangle is a big hit! Our kitties went straight for the sisal portion which is nice & substantial. The carpet sections are also well loved. This is a nice sturdy piece meant to last. It is worth every penny, I'm just sorry we didn't find it sooner. Score!

After visiting Petsmart, Petco and a privately owned pet store in my valley, I was told that none of them carry slanted sisal-wrapped cat scratchers. Cat scratching post is well made and sturdy. Cats have taken to it well and by adding a little catnip they use it daily.

Biggest problem was the shipping. Ordered after the holiday to avoid delay but was then told the distributor was closed until January 5th....nothing on website about this. It is not cheap, but you never need to buy another. Our cat uses it a lot and scratches through the rope about once a year, I go to the hardware store and buy more rope and re-wrap it, and it is good for another year.
