This is an absolute beast of a cat tower. It's so tall my cats can touch the ceiling. It's huge and sturdy. My cats run up and down this thing like maniacs in the night. There are many grippy points for their claws so they scale around it like ninjas. They sit on it and stare down at me like lords of the tower. They sleep on it every night. It's a vibe.

All 3 of our cats have been playing or sleeping on it! Our 2 youngest have slept in the hammock and in one of the lower beds, and our oldest and youngest love to play what we call "swat" in and above the top hutch. In fact our oldest checked out the tree before I even had it all assembled.

Note that because it is placed on carpet, it was wobbly as the the carpet would compress and decompress with movement when our large cats climbed up the front, and I had to install a belt around 1 pillar and our very heavy encyclopedia bookshelf for safety purposes. (We lost a cat years ago when a tree fell and hit him in the head after the tree was pushed over accidentally by another one of our cats jumped off the top of it after being startled.)

That said, this is definitely the sturdiest and most well built cat tower that we have ever owned in the 40+ years that we have had cats as pets! I expect it to last a very long time.

The tower is of good quality and I like it, but my cats like it after I changed a few things.

Some of the flat surfaces are centered making it difficult for some cats to climb up and down. Especially down.

I moved a few things over a few inches so they had an easier time getting up and down. One to the left and one to the right.

The top cubby is great but it's centered on the flat surface leaving very little space for the cats to walk out get in and out of the cubby. An inch or two of space is not enough.

I ended up moving the top cubby back like 5 inches and over to the right another 5. This leaves a little room for the cats to actually move up there.

When designing these large stands one needs to think about a cat going from level to level. They don't always just climb up the sisal rope verticals.

I'll include a pic of my own for anyone interested to compare to the original pic on the website.

Overall, a really good product but a few changes would make it outstanding.

I love the way this thing was made! Love that there are choices in colors, as it takes up a large part of my small house. Love all the textured surfaces that my cats can enjoy scratching/climbing. Love the padded nests that can be removed for cleaning — great design! Love the hammock, where my smallest one plays... but OMG how long does it take to stop smelling like a toxic waste site? My older cats are all avoiding it because of the smell...
